Durham REgion

With a population of over 650,000, Durham Region is a rapidly growing area of the Greater Toronto Region and a key part of the Golden Horseshoe. Durham Region encompasses Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, and the townships of Uxbridge, Scugog, and Brock.

Condominiums are rapidly growing as a common living option in Durham Region, especially along the 401 highway. Many new condominium corporations are in the planning and construction stages with deliveries expected throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021.
